The location was handy, with a free shuttle service that ran even late at night. The hotel facilities were excellent, with anice and neat room. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with information about transportation options and even calling a taxi for us. We also appreciated the convenience of having a convenience store nearby and the option of a free breakfast. this hotel was a great choice for our needs.

I had a great stay at Toyoko Inn Haneda Airport No.1. The location was perfect for my early morning flight, and the free shuttle service to the airport was a lifesaver. The room was small but clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Close to airport, free shuttle service, small functional room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. Close to train station, heater in room, morning shuttle bus, bread and coffee for early departures. Friendly staff, cool uniforms, clean room, air conditioned, great Wi-Fi connection. 24-hour staff, quick check-in, called taxi to airport, quiet and clean room, control aircon. Convenience store nearby, fridge and kettle in room, provided toiletries, informed about bus and train routes. Convenient and affordable.

The hotel was so great. The rooms were better than the photos, and the free airport shuttle was convenient. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The location was great with easy access to the city and a convenience store nearby. The staff was helpful, going above and beyond.

I had a great stay at this hotel near the airport. The location was very convenient, with just a short walk to the Keikyu train line. The staff provided excellent service, from the fast and friendly check-in to the informative shuttle schedule for the airport. The room was clean, quiet, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The Japanese breakfast offered a good variety of choices, including tasty pickled vegetables.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel is located very close to Otorii station, making it extremely convenient for transportation. It is also in the immediate vicinity of the train station, allowing for easy access to the city or other tourist points. the hotel is close to Haneda airport, making it a great choice for travelers with early morning flights.
Some staff members lacked English-speaking skills, which made communication difficult at times.
